The GLASS BARN at High Clandon Estate Vineyard

Art & Sculptures in the Vineyard, 28th May – 5th June 11.00am – 4.00pm. 
With over 100 works of art on show in the spectacular gardens and Glass Barn at High Clandon Estate Vineyard in the glorious Surrey Hills setting. This event supports Cherry Trees charity (respite care for disabled children) and marks the launch of High Clandon's first ever Rosé Cuvée. It runs from 28th May – 5th June, open daily 11.00am – 4.00pm. The owners, Bruce and Sibylla Tindale, ask for £5 per adult donation to go to Cherry Trees charity for disabled children with a percentage of sales of art and wine to go to Cherry Trees as well.   

(Note Monday 29th May will be busy as the gardens are opening for the first time to the National Garden Scheme (NGS) and a £6 per person entry fee is charged for the NGS with Teas by and for Cherry Trees.)

From this atmospheric new lodge, view the glorious Surrey Hills AONB, and terroir of High Clandon's lovely vineyard. The GLASS BARN will host sparkling wine tastings alongside Sculpture and Art exhibitions and is open by appointment. The cost is £15 per person to include a talk by the owners, a walk of the vineyard and a tasting. £5 is refundable against purchase of £25 or more.

The GLASS BARN was opened by the Mayor of Guildford, the Worshipful Cllr Gordon Jackson at a private view event on 12th November 2016 and also with Bamber Gascoigne, the original Quizmaster for University Challenge and BBC presenter at the Spirit of Christmas art event at High Clandon and in support of Cherry Trees charity, respite care for disabled children, in East Clandon.

Access for disabled is good, but please note that there is a short 6 metre stretch of gravel to be crossed to reach the loo and vineyard.
