Handcrafted from the second pressing of our 2017 vintage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Gently double distilled by a rocket-scientist craftsman at The Gin Kitchen distillers. Then infused with 14 botanicals – herbs of the Surrey Hills, including: Elderflower, Saffron, Sage, Coriander, Rosemary, Mint, Artichoke leaf and with a touch of our Honey.
