Our Cuvée results from a beautiful summer in 2014 leading to an early October harvest. Celebrating its terroir with perfect poise. Pale gold, with an exuberant and ultra-fine mousse; confit peaches, ripe citrus on the nose; alluring flavours of pineapple, dried mango and biscuit reflecting nearly five years lees-ageing; an elegant, long finish.

A subtle gold shade, ultra-fine mousse, hints of peaches and nuts on the nose, alluring flavours of apricot and biscuit reflecting the four years lees-ageing with a rich, elegant, long finish.

The Magnum CuvÉe RosÉ 2011 vintage
This special Cuvée is our extraordinary 2011 vintage Aurora Cuvée Rosé in magnum format, winner of three Gold Medals one of which is also the CSWWC Gold. Degorged after seven years on the lees, June 2018 and released December 2018. Elegant. Refreshing. Complex. With a subtle rose-salmon shade and fine mousse, it has hints of roses and peaches on the nose; alluring flavours of biscuit and strawberry reflecting 6-years lees ageing with an elegant, crisp, long finish. 9g/L dosage, 29% Pinot & 71% Chardonnay, matured for 7 years on the yeast lees.
This Cuvée arose from an extraordinary vintage of Summer 2011. The Pinot Noir ripened as tiny succulent and dark berries which at crushing produced a gentle pink saignée resulting in this delicate rosé.Learn More

Created in the Surrey Hills of High Clandon, a fresh and subtle, herbal and honeyed liqueur. Delicious as an aperitif with Paté or Foie Gras, as a cocktail or superb with cheeses after dinner.
Handcrafted from the second pressing of our 2017 vintage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Gently double distilled by a rocket-scientist craftsman at The Gin Kitchen distillers. Then infused with 14 botanicals - herbs of the Surrey Hills: Elderflower, Saffron, Sage, Coriander, Rosemary, Mint, Artichoke leaf and with a touch of our Honey.
