Our Battle of Waterloo Taste-off pitching Vineyards of the Surrey Hills superb English sparkling wines against grand marque French champagnes was a huge success. To the participants’ delight, England won hands-up! This masterclass in fun and tasting led by the raconteur and wine guru, Joe Wadsack ably assisted by the co-owner, Sibylla.
